A custom printed polyester lanyard is a neck strap used to carry ID cards, badges, keys, or other small items. It is worn around the neck and typically features a clip or attachment at the end. These lanyards are made from polyester and can be personalized with your own logo, text, or design. They are produced to order, making them suitable for businesses, associations, schools, and event organizers who need a consistent, branded look.

Printed lanyards are widely used at conferences, trade shows, festivals, and corporate events. They give employees, visitors, and participants a clear and professional way to display their ID badge or access card. Because every lanyard carries your logo, they also function as a practical promotional item throughout the event.

Organizations use branded lanyards as part of their day-to-day operations. They are common in offices, schools, and healthcare environments where staff need to carry identification at all times. A personalized lanyard reinforces a consistent corporate identity in a simple, cost-effective way.

For event merchandise and sports activities, consider also our Black Sports Bag Printed with Shoe Compartment as a complementary branded item for participants.

These lanyards can be printed with your own logo, brand name, or custom design. Personalization is applied directly to the polyester strap, making the print clearly visible and durable in everyday use.

You can choose the strap width, color, and attachment type to match your requirements. Sublimation printing allows for full-color designs across the entire width of the lanyard. For a more refined look, woven lanyards are also available, where the design is woven into the material itself.

To get started, you supply your artwork or logo file. The production team then prepares a print-ready version for your approval before production begins. This ensures the final product matches your expectations before any lanyards are produced.

Material: polyester

Available in narrow and wide strap formats

Printing methods: sublimation (full color), screen printing, or woven

Attachment options: metal swivel clip, plastic clip, safety breakaway buckle, or multiple attachments

Compatible with ID card holders, badge holders, and retractable badge reels

Suitable for bulk orders; a minimum order quantity applies

Available in a wide range of strap colors

Custom length and width options on request

Production time depends on the order quantity, the chosen printing method, and the complexity of your design.
